How do I place an order?
Ordering Coolaz® products is easy, just email us a few details and we'll set you upwith an online order page. From here we can keep all the information for your order together and post your design proof for you to look at before we print anything.

How long will my Coolaz order take?
Our comfortable turnaround time is approx 2-3 weeks from design to delivery, however we can make our coolers pretty quickly. If you have an urgent order deadline please let us know and we will be happy to adjust our schedule accordingly to meet your requirements. Do Coolaz coolers have a base?
Coolaz® coolers are very different from the standard neoprene/wetsuit stubby holders and are capable of fitting cans, 375ml stubbies and 330ml premium bottles as standard, with the additional option to fit 250ml slim bottles if required.
They will arrive to you flat and adjust to size with a discreet transparent Velcro fastening so great that they can fit several drinks with a single wrap, we use an extremely grippy interior foam and therefore our coolers do not require a base.

How do I send you my photograph(s) or logo(s) to add to my design?
If you are submitting artwork, logos or photographs then let us know in your design brief. Once we have you set up with an order page you can then email your attachments to design@coolaz.com.au and note your order number in the subject line.

Can I change the text on the cooler templates shown on the website?
Yes of course, all of our templates are typically very flexible. Most of the elements can be adjusted to match your requirements, if you want to change the text style and text positioning of one of the designs you see simply let us know your text requirements within your design brief and we will upload a proof of your artwork to your order page for checking.

Can I change the background colours?
The majority of our templates can be changed in terms of their text and colour to suit your requirements. If you have a specific colour change in mind you can simply request this within your design brief and our team will upload a proof of your artwork to your order page for checking.

I want to match the colour of my design to the colour scheme of my event, what should I do?
If colour matching is required then we will require a physical swatch sample sent to us prior to the design being completed and approved. We print using CMYK process and cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your own computer screen is the same as the colour on our calibrated system used for printing the final product.

I want the design colour to be the same as my bridesmaid dresses, can I send you a swatch of material?
We are happy for you to send in a swatch of the material so that we can colour match as close as possible. While we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your own computer screen is the same as the colour on our calibrated system used for printing, we are happy to match a physical swatch to the final product so that the match is as close as possible.

What if I need two design templates?
Because of our unique manufacturing process and digital printing we can print several designs across your ordered volume for little or no extra cost. This way you can benefit from the total unit price, for example;
Design 1 Qty 100 + Design 2 Qty 100 = total unit price for Qty 200.
You can simply let us know your requirements for both of your designs and we will set you up with an order page.

What happens if I can’t find a design on the website that suits my requirements?
Our design team would be happy to put together a unique design for you based on your requirements, you can simply send through any information that you think we will need to put your design together. For example:
- Let us know your favourite colours and font style.
- Send through all of the text you'd like to see on the cooler.
- Attach any photos/logos you would like us to incorporate.

How can I calculate the price of my total order?
We have a really neat pricing tool on our website that can calculate the total price for your coolers, all of our coolers are printed in full colour with a photo-quality finish and therefore the design that you choose will not alter the cost it is purely dependant on the quantity that you are ordering.

I want to design my own stubby holder, what are the specifications?Coolaz® stubby holders are full colour printed at photo-quality on the whole surface so you can design across the whole product - which is 248mm x 109mm. We also have to add 2mm of bleed all around for manufacturing tolerances - so include that when you set up your design (making your design artboard when designing from scratch 252mm x 113mm at 300ppi).

I already have my Coolaz coolers, are there other products available that I can print my design to?
All of Coolaz Designs' products are made exclusively at our factory in Mornington, Victoria. We currently have Coolaz coolers/stubby holders, cup wraps, mouse mats, coasters and magnets available for purchase.

My design proof has 2 or 3 vertical stripes on the right-hand edge, what are these for?
Coolaz® coolers are capable of fitting cans, 375ml stubbies and 330ml premium bottles as standard, with the additional option to fit 250ml slim bottles if required.
They adjust to size with Velcro fastening so great that they can fit several drinks with a single wrap, the vertical stripes shown within your design are the guides used for placement of your adjustable fastening. We use a clear Velcro strip over each guide on the front of the cooler that is extremely discreet, you can even incorporate these within your design as the text and colour can be viewed through the Velcro.

Can I get envelopes for my Coolaz coolers so I can send them as gift cards?
Yes of course, we have a bespoke envelope available that is designed to fit a single Coolaz cooler. These can be purchased from us directly and will require a large letter stamp to be sent using Australia Post’s regular mail service (currently $1.20 within Aus.)

Can we order neoprene (wetsuit) type coolers using one of your designs?
If you have received your free trial Coolaz cooler from us and have decided that it is the more traditional wetsuit/neoprene coolers with a base that you prefer, then we can help. All of our designs can be adapted to suit this type of cooler and we can organise for your wetsuit stubby holders to be produced through our preferred trade supplier.
