What happens once I order?
1. DESIGN - Your design typically take about a week to be completed depending on your due date and the complexity of your design requirements
2. SIGN-OFF - Once your design is sent to you we'll ask you to 'sign it off' (or agree to print the design). Please check your design carefully as once the sign-off button is clicked we can automatically print the design at any point. If you would like any changes there is box below the design to send us them.
3 PRODUCTION - Once signed off, your design is printed and made according to the next window in our production schedule. This can take one or two weeks depending heavily on your due date.
4. PAYMENT - Only once your design has entered the production schedule will we begin the payment process. Easiest for us is a bank transfer via Internet or telephone banking, but we can also take payment through PayPal or Credit Card.
5. DISPATCH - Once we are at this point your coolers are on their way. We'll update your online order page with a tracking number so you can track the shipment to your door.
