Need help with your stubby holder design?
No worries, at Coolaz we are looking to build our porfolio of designs so for a short while we are offering our customers design help for FREE! We are not just talking about dropping in some crummy clip art either, we do not think that will help you - or us - at all. We'll put in a good effort to make sure everyone is happy.
Things that can make it easier for us:
Ideas of colours, fonts you like (even rough descriptions like, formal, ornate, modern, funky etc.) and any imagery you want like to see - and you don't have to have a photo necessarily.

One of the strongest drives in designing the Coolaz® cooler was that it had to look and feel better than the current neoprene coolers. With a tough, plastic outer layer the wraps have a completely different feel to conventional coolers and because they are not black we are able to reduce the amount of foam required to keep the beverage cold to just 3mm, which is much more comfortable, especially for those with smaller hands.

Whatever your promotional budget there is a Coolaz stubby holder that will work for you. Fine tuning the manufacturing process gives a wide range of options, but all come with high quality photographic print.
Coolaz stubby holders can be designed to be the cost of a 'throw-away' item (we think that customers will like to keep hold of them though) through to a quality keep-sake or gift. Prices range from $0.30 ea. to $0.70ea. in volume - and that can be for 4 or even 6 COLOUR print - not one or two screen print colours! However, we never compromise on the quality of the products look. There's no need to cut back to cheaper printing processes or resort to inferior rushed assembly to reduce our costs.
You also have the knowledge that Coolaz branded products are all made in Australia and use approximately one seventh of the fossil fuel resource of traditional neoprene coolers (with a base). This of course saves drastically on those resources - and shipping emissions and costs.
Coolaz stubby holders make great promotional giveaways
A Coolaz stubby holder can be used to support your brand or company and attract new customers - particularly those who like something new. Very efficient to pack and move (one pallet 1m x 1m x 1m can hold about 20,000 units), they can be given away at POS, slipped easily into a showbag or possibly included in your product's packaging.
Being thin and rigid, they can also be distributed through the postal system.
Our in-line digital print process can also be used to add value to your promotional gift: ticket numbers, limited edition numbers, lottery numbers or codes for redemption on the Internet or at POS - all whilst the product is flying through the press!
The potential for new and unique applications is outstanding, the only limit is the imagination.
Rapid Prototyping
Once we have you on our system we can also create digital representations of your cooler like those you get when you click on the images on the right hand side. Of course, our one-off cooler price makes it extremely cost effective to create a real working prototype to hone ideas and get them across to others in style.
Featured application: stubby holder for stadium cups and events
Even weekend all over Australia
sports fans fill stadiums and drink cold beer from PET stadium cups. The Coolaz K series was originally designed to insulate the beer in these cups - crucial in the summer, and insulate the hand - useful in winter. In addition, because the stubby holder is fairly rigid, Coolaz K series coolers support the sides of the stadium cup and therefore irritating overspill from squeezing is much reduced.
If you have a route or distribute into markets where PET stadium cups are used then a Coolaz K series cooler could be an perfect extension of your product line - and with our flexible manufacturing, a range of products available from 30 - 40c 'throw aways' to 70 - 80c premium types to take home are all possible.
