Sample products depicted with logos or messages are presented for display purposes only and are not for sale using these brand names. Logos and brand names remain the sole property of registered users. They do not suggest the products with those logos or messages are available for sale, nor are they intended to suggest any real or implied endorsement of those products by the company or individual whose message or logo is shown.

This site is provided by Coolaz® Design Pty Ltd on an ‘as is’ basis. Product availability and product prices will be confirmed at the time of placement of order or, if requested, by Email prior to your order being placed.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are strictly payment of the full balance prior to dispatch.

Retention Of Title
All goods remain the property Coolaz® Design Pty Ltd until they have been paid in full.

Cancellation of Order
Once an order has been placed and the artwork approved, it is agreed we will supply your product in the specified time. Due to the nature of our product and that we are unable to resell personalised items, once you have clicked ‘YES’ to sign off your design your order will go to print and you will be obligated to the purchase. If you cancel an order after the sign off has been received by Coolaz Design Pty Ltd and the product has been printed then a cancellation fee of the full payment will apply.

Claims or Returns
In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 14 days of receiving goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.

Colour Matching
IMPORTANT: If colour matching is required then we must have a swatch sample of the colour sent to us prior to the design being completed and approved. We will also accept a PMS Colour chosen from a Pantone Colour book if supplied. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your own computer screen is the same as the colour on our calibrated system used for printing the final product. Coolaz Design Pty Ltd will not replace goods if you have not specified a colour to match based on the above criteria.

Images
All content including photographic images, pictures and logos that you supply for use in your product design must comply with Australian Copyright Laws. Coolaz Design Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any content supplied outside of these laws.

You must have the legal right to each image or item that you supply. Professional images that are provided to you by professional photographers or made available through websites, magazines, books or other resources, are protected by copyright and should not be supplied for use without prior permission from the copyright holder.

Shipping
We make best efforts to ship your products to your desired destination in the most economical way possible given your specified date and production limitations. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian customs departments or by 'acts of God'.

Samples
We can provide you with a product sample designed to your specification upon request. This sample will incur a fee to cover the cost of the product and delivery of the item(s) this will be payable prior to despatch.
